Ideagen, a UK-based software firm, is to supply its software to Jordanian aircraft maintenance company Joramco.
Joramco will adopt Ideagen’s Q-Pulse, Q-Pulse Risk and PleaseReview products.
The company will use Ideagen’s software as it aims to automate and support key processes associated with its quality, safety, risk and regulatory requirements.
Jeff Wilkinson, CEO of Joramco, said: “We are delighted to be working with Ideagen, a leading player in the development and provision of aviation safety and quality management software.
“This is a crucial and ambitious project for Joramco for a number of reasons. We are growing at an exciting rate and as our business continues to win contracts and increases the scale of our operations, additional pressures will be added to the current manual processes.
“Our skilled and highly trained quality and safety teams identified a need for an immediate change to the way in which the quality and safety management systems are managed and we are both delighted and excited to announce Ideagen as our chosen software supplier.”
Operating for more than 50 years, Joramco – majority owned by the Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DEA) since 2016 – has maintained a strong track record as a leading commercial aircraft MRO organisation.
Joe Moore, Ideagen’s Aviation, aerospace & defence consultant for the Middle East, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have this opportunity to work with such an established MRO organisation in the form of Joramco.
“We are confident that this project, which involves the implementation of three of our software applications, will not only meet the requirements of Joramco but exceed their expectations for efficient Quality, Safety, Compliance and Risk Management.
“Ideagen and Joramco share key customers and we are looking forward to establishing a strong working relationship with the team there in what we believe will be a project with great strategic importance for both organisations.”
